When Tiki Tim’s food truck began running eleven years ago, it was with the dream of someday serving each dish and more at a permanent location. With the opening of The Fort, that dream has become a reality.  Belly up to the bar on a weekday night for Happy Hour and try their take on a Minnesota Classic - Deep Fried Pickle Roll Ups… For dinner, stick to the familiar favorites like a fresh, hand-pattied Bacon Cheeseburger - or try something new like their Korean BBQ Street Tacos with slow cooked shredded beef and a fresh asian ginger slaw, doused in their house made Sriracha Cream Sauce. Wash that down with a local brew or a refreshing cocktail. The Fort’s cocktails reflect the seasons, use freshly squeezed juices and house made syrups, and boast as many local and unique hand-picked flavors as possible. You can always count on the classic rosemary smoked Fort Fashioned with Bulleit Bourbon or a refreshing Leapfrog Lemonade that’s made with vodka, house made lemonade, and blood orange syrup.
